1. INTRODUCTION

This Refund Policy explains the rules regarding:

By enrolling in any course (online or offline), you agree to this Refund Policy.


2. GENERAL REFUND PRINCIPLES

  • All course fees are considered final once paid.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Refund requests are subject to management discretion.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable time.


3. OFFLINE COURSE REFUND POLICY

3.1 Admission & Seat Confirmation

  • Seats in offline courses are limited.

  • Admission is confirmed only after payment.

  • Once a seat is confirmed, it is reserved exclusively for the student.

Therefore:

Fees paid for offline courses are non-refundable.

3.2 Cancellation Before Batch Start

If a student wishes to cancel before the batch begins:

  • Refund is not guaranteed.

  • Management may review the case.

  • Administrative deductions may apply if approved.

The decision of NIMT management shall be final.

3.3 After Batch Has Started

Once the course has started:

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • No partial refunds will be provided.

  • No transfer to another student is allowed.


4. ONLINE COURSE REFUND POLICY

4.1 Digital Product Nature

Online courses are digital products.

Once access is provided:

  • Content can be viewed immediately.

  • Digital material cannot be “returned.”

Therefore:

Online course fees are strictly non-refundable.

4.2 Accidental Purchase

If a student claims accidental purchase, no refund will be processed.

4.3 Technical Issues

If a student faces technical issues:

  • NIMT will provide support.

  • Refund will not be issued for technical problems that can be resolved.

  • Students must contact support before requesting cancellation.


5. INSTALLMENT PAYMENT POLICY

If installment facility is offered:

  • Installments must be paid on time.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of course access.

  • Paid installments are non-refundable.

  • Remaining balance must be cleared as agreed.

Installment plans do not guarantee refund eligibility.


6. CERTIFICATE FEES

  • Certificate application fees are non-refundable.

  • Administrative processing charges are non-refundable.

  • Certificate fees cannot be transferred.

Certificates will only be issued after full payment and completion requirements.


7. WORKSHOP & SHORT-TERM COURSE FEES

  • Workshop fees are non-refundable once registered.

  • In case of rescheduling by NIMT, students may:

    • Attend next batch, or

    • Receive credit toward another program (if approved).


8. PAYMENT GATEWAY CHARGES

In case of approved refunds:

  • Payment gateway charges may be deducted.

  • Administrative processing charges may apply.

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method only.


9. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

  1. Send a written request via email to: contact@nimt.in

  2. Mention:

    • Full Name

    • Course Name

    • Payment details

    • Reason for refund

Refunds will be reviewed within a reasonable period.

Verbal refund requests will not be considered valid.


10. FORCE MAJEURE

NIMT shall not be liable for refunds due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemic-related disruptions

  • Technical platform failures

  • Events beyond control

In such cases, rescheduling or credit options may be provided. The final decision will be with the management.


11. NO GUARANTEE CLAUSE

Refund requests based on:

  • Not liking course style

  • Difficulty understanding

  • Personal time constraints

  • Change of mind

will not be entertained.

Students are advised to clarify all doubts before enrolling.


12. FRAUDULENT DISPUTES

In case of fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks:

  • Access will be immediately suspended.

  • Legal action may be initiated.

  • Recovery charges may apply.


13. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

NIMT reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be published on this page.


14. GOVERNING LAW

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
